You can make requests in connection with your aforementioned rights by e-mail to dpo@silkn.eu accompanied by a copy of a valid proof of identity with signature and the details of how we can contact you in writing.
For matters involving access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must attach a copy of the cookie in question. You can find this in your browser settings. If the data are incorrect, you can ask us to amend the data or have them erased.
Enquiries will be answered within 1 month of submission. If the issue is too complex or the number of requests too high, this period may be extended by 2 months.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
If you are suspected of violating any laws or regulations and the authorities require your personal data, we will provide them with those data in response to an express and reasoned request by those authorities. Thereafter, your personal data will no longer be covered by the protection offered by this privacy policy.
