Not impressed so far
I’m a black woman (medium brown skin) so the only setting that works for me is setting 2. I have been using this product once a week for the Past 7 weeks and well no change. The hair is still growing back- probably even faster than before. I’ve. been using it on my face aswell which is awful now due to more hair growth... There are much cheaper products on the market but I opted for this one in the hopes that the difference in price would mean better results. I’m annoyed about how much I have spent on this supposed hair reduction machine.

not totally satisfied
I am light brown skin with dark hairs. Been using this for three months. Hair has not yet got less. But when using it my skin does feel smoother for an extra day or two which is quite nice.

Skin- Infinity smooth
Packaging - simple but not striking does not stand out - the colour pink lends itself to female purchases and not male even though packaging features a male
Case - not really enough space to contain all parts of this product
Instructions long and tedious lots of conta indications - should be marketed with conta indications to give informed choice
Product ok - restricted area of use due to mains operation
Long term use for results and needs practice for correct use re-level selection.

Good results, lovely design
Lovely design, compact, comes in a box quite sturdy and handy. I am light skin-toned and have dark hair, so this sort of treatment is quite effective with me, at least for the most thickest hairs. You know, the lighter baby hairs won't do as well with this, but the overall results are quite good.

Does not work
I bought this device 4 months ago and it has not had any effect on my hair. I have followed all instructions and it has made no difference to my hair, it still grows back heavy and dark. I have pale skin and dark hair so it should work on me but it does not. I want a refund.

Definitely worth my money!
After a long search for a suitable hair removal device for my dark skin color, I ended up with infinity. I have to say that I was rather skeptical/anxious after the first experience.The infinity was delivered in a handy firm box, where you can also store the product. The design of infinity is simple, sleek and compact. It feels good in the hand, which promotes ease of use. It makes a sound that corresponds to an extremely soft vacuum cleaner (or the neighbor who has a vacuum cleaner).The treatment is painless. An additional advantage is that fortunately treatment does not take much time. It lasts approximately a quarter of an hour and thus can be easily added to a daily routine. I noted that occasionally it takes longer (a few seconds) to wait before you can press pulse button. I do not know whether it depends on a skin color. I haven’t used the app yet. Perhaps, would be useful for tracking and planning the treatment. Despite that I have only done two treatments, I have positive expectations. Up until now, I definitely think that it worthed the money.

Great for women
Have been using it for about a year now. Great device! It looks reliable and does not overheat (takes little breaks in between the flashes to cool down). It also came with a lotion which surprised me!

It looks like it works, but than again...
...who knows? After a couple of months of use, there can be seen some results, but minimal. Plus, we still need to use a Gillette a lot.
