Returns

The Silk’n Return Policy applies only to orders placed directly through Silk’n website.  

If the purchase was made through an authorized provider, please contact your provider to discuss your return. 

 

All products ordered on Silk’n website can be returned within 30 days after the delivery date. The returned products will only be accepted and refunded when the following requirements are met: 


  • Some of beauty devices are hygienic and therefore are either sealed inside the box or have a protection sticker. These products cannot be returned once unsealed or being used; 
  • The products should be returned complete, including all accessories and in the original packaging; 
  • Any free items like a gift or goodie bag received with the order should also be returned with the order; (If the product will be received without a gift, the gift price will be deducted from the order value) 

 

Please note: the products cannot be returned if they got damaged by negligence, improper use or careless maintenance caused by not following the care instructions correctly. 

 

If the returned product will have signs of usage, it will be sent back to you and the order will not be refunded. 




Wrong order received 

 

If the goods received are found to be wrong within a reasonable timeframe of receiving the items (14 days), then you have the rights to reject them and claim a full refund or a replacement.  

If you received the wrong product, please, do not open the package and return it in the original condition. If returned items will be open or used, we will not be able to refund it.   

When returning a wrong order to us, your return postage costs will also be refunded to you. 



 

Return Process 

 

To return your order or a wrong item received, please follow the following steps:  


  1. Request the return label by sending an email to our Customer Service at customercareuk@silkn.eu or by calling at 09062130009; 
  2. Explain the reason for returning your order;  
  3. Once the return has been approved, send the product back following the instructions provided by the Customer Service; 
  4. Within 14 days of receipt, you will be refunded on the card used for the payment; 

 

 

Order cancellation policy 



We ship all order at 15:00 every day. You have the rights to cancel your order before it is shipped.  

If you placed your order in the first half of the day, you have the rights to cancel it before 14:00 on the same day. If you placed your order after 15:00, you have the rights to cancel your order on the same day.  

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at customercareuk@silkn.eu or by calling at 09062130009. 

Upon cancelling your order, you will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 2 business days.  

All items bought on sale are not eligible for cancellation.  

Warranty

Silk’n devices are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty if the product breaks after the initial return period. Under normal use, all Silk’n products (except refills) are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery of the original order.  

 

  • The Silk’n manufacturer’s warranty only covers the devices that are purchased directly through Silk’n websites or one of its authorized providers.  
  • Silk’n is only responsible for shipping warranty replacements within Silk’n fulfilment regions (Europe, United Kingdom & North America). 
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following: 
  • Accident or misuse; 
  • Servicing by unauthorized companies/people; 
  • Connection to incorrect power sources; 
  • Use with unauthorized accessories; 


If you suspect a significant fault with the Silk’n device and would like to start a warranty claim, please follow the following steps: 


  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at customercareuk@silkn.eu
  2. Our Customer Service Team will need to know your name and email address associated with your order to verify that you are within the warranty period; 
  3. If you made a purchase though Silk’n authorized sellers, you would need to provide proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation); 
  4. In some cases, you might be asked to share a short video to verify the fault with your device;
